Shipping Policy

Lash EXP & Waxing ships within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. 

                                                           Expedited shipping: For overnight or 2 day shipping, expedited shipping, orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped out the following business day.

NO REFUND POLICY

Lash EXP & Waxing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is passed to the carrier (USPS, DHL, FED-EX) we cannot take responsibility for the package if it is missing/ lost, damaged/ broken. If package is damaged/ lost, buyer should contact carrier and file a claim online. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have your most recent package information.

Package that shows up as "Delivered" according to USPS/DHL tracking will not be re-shipped!
